Register / Install / Forget password / Delete account / Uninstall app
To enjoy the benefits of the Merhaba app, you must register. By registering, you will gain access to the offers tab, be able to add bookmarks, write reviews, receive special offers, access secret chats, and more.
Registering is a simple process:
- Provide your personal information, including your username, name, surname, email, and password.
- Once you have filled out the required fields, you are done!
Once you have completed the registration process, you can start enjoying all the features of the Merhaba app.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Go to the login page.
- Click on “Forgot Your Password”.
- An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to set a new password.
- Create a new password that meets the following requirements: it must be at least 12 characters long and include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Don’t worry if you forget your password; resetting it is a simple process.
Check your device’s available space
If you’re having trouble installing the latest Merhaba app, check to see how much space is available on your phone.
- Go to your device’s Settings.
- Tap General.
- Under Usage, you can see how much memory is available on your device.
- If your device has less than 130 MB available, you may need to uninstall other apps to clear space.
- Once you have more space available, try downloading the app again.
To uninstall the app:
- Go to your home screen and locate the Twitter app icon.
- Press and hold your finger on the icon until it starts to shake and an “x” appears on the top left corner.
- Tap the “x” and a confirmation message will appear asking if you want to delete the app.
- Confirm your decision by tapping “Delete”.
- The app will be removed from the screen and deleted from your device.
If you want to delete your account permanently, follow these steps:
- Go to your account settings.
- Select “Delete My Account”.
- Enter your password to confirm the deletion.
- Your account will be deleted permanently.
Please note that deleting your account will result in the loss of all your saved usernames, bookmarks, reviews, and offers.
Offers and Discounts / Report / Disclaimer
You’ll get an access to the offers and discounts by logging in or registering to Merhaba
If the merchant does not honor the offer:
- Go to the business profile page on Merhaba.
- Click on the report button and send us a message with details of the issue.
- Our team will contact the owner and if he is not willing to give the offers.
If the merchant declines to provide offers, the listing will be taken down from our platforms.
The Business and users acknowledge that the Company (Merhaba) holds no legal liability for any claims, damages, or losses that result from the use of the Merhaba platform by either party. Both the Business and users agree to compensate the Company and absolve them of any responsibility for any claims, damages, or losses that occur as a result of using the Merhaba platform.
