Festival Orientalys: A Feast for the Senses

The Festival Orientalys is a four-day celebration of Middle Eastern culture in Montreal. The festival features live music, dance, art, food, and family-friendly activities.

The festival takes place at Parc Jean-Drapeau, a large park on an island in the St. Lawrence River. The park is home to a variety of gardens, museums, and attractions, making it a perfect setting for the Festival Orientalys.

The festival's music stage features a variety of Middle Eastern artists, from traditional folk musicians to modern pop stars. The dance stage showcases traditional and contemporary Middle Eastern dance, including belly dancing and dabke. The art stage features a variety of exhibitions, from traditional calligraphy to modern photography.

The food at the Festival Orientalys is a feast for the senses. You can sample traditional dishes from all over the Middle East, including kebabs, hummus, and baklava. There are also plenty of sweet treats, such as baklava and halva.

The Festival Orientalys is a great place to bring the whole family. There are plenty of activities for children, such as face painting, henna tattoos, and traditional games. The festival is also wheelchair accessible.

The Festival Orientalys is a truly magical experience. Be prepared to be amazed by the sights, sounds, and smells of the Middle East. We hope you enjoy the Festival Orientalys!
