Les Filles Fattoush gives these newly arrived women a significant opportunity to integrate into Quebec society: a job that puts their culinary talents to use, at the same time allowing them to earn a living and build a social network.

By offering a first work experience to Syrian refugee women, we help them to become active, autonomous members of our society. We have a line of fine spices imported from Syria, blended and packaged by our team in Montreal, including the famous pomegranate molasses, which is our star product. We also have a ready-to-eat service with Lufa Farms and Maturin. We open a pop up shop every summer in Jean Talon market. Our pita chips (4 different flavours) are now available in all IGA In Quebec.
